Furthermore, he tactfully and strategically plans how RACE as an organization should achieve its set agenda. He indubitably integrates the thoughts and concepts of the team members, different partners, and colleagues into set strategies to deliver unmitigated outcomes.
Finance Manager
Joan is the senior finance officer. She ensures that the funds entrusted to RACE by donors to carry out activities are used appropriately and competently thus ensuring proper accountability.
Operations Manager
Emma oversees high-level HR duties, such as attracting talent, improves organizational processes, and works to provide quality, productivity, and efficiency.
Quality Personnel
Mukisa is responsible for auditing internal and external processes, communications, and policies on behalf of an organization. His goal is to ensure that every product or service we provide meets a certain set of standards.
Lead Seamstress
Maureen demonstrates a sound knowledge of various fabrics and sewing techniques. that helps in the production of reusable sanitary pads.
Executive Director
Doreen ensures the well-being of the team and essentially keeps the office in one piece. The youth-based involvement resonated with him thus prompting him to apply to the organization. She’s tasked with keeping up to date with the latest projects. She practically helps the office run smoothly as she keeps the team on their toes ensuring that they’re up to date with their day to day tasks.
Marketing & Advocacy Manager
Emma is passionate about using digital and traditional media, and strategic communications to influence positive change focusing on Sexual Reproductive Health and Rights and Human Rights.
Founder/CEO
William’s mission is to support young people to take control of their lives and present themselves in ways that inspire, impress and spur confidence in themselves under a platform where they have full opportunities to take part in the process of breaking barriers hindering them from making informed choices in life regarding their SRHR. This is done through Her Health, Her Future Clubs that are established in schools and communities within the Eastern and Northern parts of Uganda.
